Refund policy

STAMP Dubai (STAMP GENERAL TRADING CO. L.L.C.) sells pre-owned luxury pieces. Each piece is unique and is sold in the condition described and photographed on its product page.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

No parcel is accepted without our prior written approval. Parcels sent without it will be refused.

Item damaged, not as described or not authentic

Inspect your item as soon as it is delivered. Any issue must be reported to info@stamp-dubai.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.

Every claim is examined by our experts. If it is accepted, we arrange the return at our cost and refund you in full once the item has reached us and been checked. The item must come back unused, with everything supplied with it (box, dust bag, accessories, documents).

Customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom

The law of your country gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel your purchase. To do so, email info@stamp-dubai.com within that time, then send the item back within 14 days of your email.

Return shipping is at your expense and at your risk until the item reaches us: use an insured, tracked service. The item must be complete, with everything supplied with it. We refund the price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of your email, but only once the item has reached us. Any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the item will be deducted.
